3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic bidders with independent legal personality shall submit a copy of their business license; Overseas bidders must provide valid proof of enterprise registration materials.
2) Proof of performance: the bidder must have no less than 1 performance of Hot Diaphragm Molding Machine signed by the bidder itself or the manufacturer in the past 6 years (from January 1, 2019 to the deadline for bidding, subject to the time of contract signing or purchase order) and provide a copy of the contract or a copy of the purchase order.A copy of the contract must reflect the contract signing time, contract content, both sides of the seal page, the purchase order must reflect the signing time, purchase content, both sides of the seal or signature page, otherwise it will be treated as invalid supporting materials.
